• If an Dishwasher part is returned under a warranty claim, we will test the item. If the part has failed we will either send out a replacement or issue a refund. If the item is found to be fully functional, then the claim will be treated like a return and restocking fees may apply.
• Dishwasher parts must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.

• It is strongly advised to keep original packaging in case of a return. Parts that are sent back in packages considered excessive for part size may be subject to restocking fees due to additional postage cost.
• No refunds or Replacements are issued after 180 days from purchase date.
• Refunds and warranty claims can only be made by returning the part we originally sent to you. No refunds or exchanges are made for sending us your original (broken) part.
